- 1/2 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 2 cups strawberries
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1 cup greek yogurt (for more creamy popsicles)
- 2 tbsp sugar (to add some extra sweetness)
In blender, add all the ingredients together and pulse until all ingredients are nicely blended. If you decide to add the greek yogurt and extra sugar, do so after the berries have been blended thoroughly. (We found that without the extra sugar the pops were a bit tart, and decided to test the greek yogurt for some extra creamy pops, which turned out delicious!)
Pour the blended liquid into your popsicle molds, ours are from Crate and Barrel, freeze at least 4-6 hours, or until solid. When it is time to enjoy them, just run the mold under warm water until the popsicle slides out easiy. Then enjoy these treats with the last bit of summer we have!
You can really make popsicles from anything! Try out different fruits, juices, even just adding ice cream will make a tasty treat this summer!
